3. Shipping & Delivery

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not liable for products delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the personal care nature of our products, we do not accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons. All sales are final once the product has been delivered.

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 90 days of delivery. Please review our complete Return Policy for details on our 90-day quality guarantee.

Refunds for qualifying defects will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.

5. Product Use & Safety

The Lyte Flash 3 IPL device is designed for at-home hair removal use. You agree to use the product only as directed in the included user manual and safety instructions.

Important Safety Information:

• Follow all safety guidelines in the user manual
