Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.
Estimated Delivery
Standard shipping takes 5-10 business days within the United States. Most orders arrive within 7 days.

We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available at this time.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is FREE on qualifying orders. The shipping cost (if any) will be calculated at checkout based on your order total and location.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also track your order on our Track Order page by entering your tracking number.
What if my package is lost or delayed?
If your package is significantly delayed or shows no tracking updates for 5+ days after the estimated delivery date, please contact our support team. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States (all 50 states). International shipping is not available at this time, but we're working on expanding our shipping options in the future.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately at support@sooaskinco.com and we'll update your address. Once shipped, address changes must be made directly with the carrier.
